Vera Bradley Iconic Tablet Tamer Organizer Review

Vera Bradley Iconic Tablet Tamer Organizer Review

What Does it Do?

All in all, it is like and upgraded folder catered to the fashionistas of tech. Many types of things can be carried, and it all zippers up nicely. I have had a blast with mine.

Right now, the Iconic Tablet Tamer Organizer is $44 full price, but once a season is over some colors go on sale. Sometimes these sales can be up to half off the full price. So if this price seems a little steep, just wait a little bit. I assure you it will be worth it.

Multiple pen holders, the ability to carry a tablet, business card holders (can also be used for Amiibo cards), and many types of pockets makes this an organizers dream.

Best Features of the Iconic Tablet Tamer Organizer

Holds an iPad Pro (10.5 inch) and Other Tablets

The newest version of this organizer can hold a 10.5 iPad Pro with ease. Thick cases might get in the way, but there is wiggle room for slimmer protective devices.

And if this is a primary way to carry that iPad, there isn’t much need for bulky protection anyway. The slip for the tablet is padded, and when closed, there is ample protection against drops and scratching.

Many Options to Hold an Apple Pencil or other Stylus Types

There are four typical pen holders, and a stretchy holder along the spine. This means a total of five pens, pencils, and styluses can be carried easily at a time.

Holds Gaming Devices with Tablet!

This is a big one. I have yet to encounter a pretty organizer that is genuinely slim and portable that can also carry game devices with a tablet.

It is easy to use one of the two sides of the organizer to carry a PS Vita (shown), Nintendo Switch, and more.

Stores Cords

Using the zippered compartment, it is easy to carry cords and keep them organized. It has ample room for multiple types of cords.

Stores Small External Batteries and Smartphones

There are two mesh pockets on the inside. It is very easy to add a smartphone to one, and a backup battery to the other.

The Handle!

It cannot be overstated how important the handle is for this organizer. Most folder accessories are slim sleeves that take an arm to carry. No more. The Iconic Tablet Tamer Organizer can be easily carried like a briefcase.

The Zipper

This organizer zippers close, ensuing nothing falls out during transit.

In addition, since they have a loop on them there are additional items you can hang on the outside of this organizer.

On my one, I have a Neko Atsume plush hanging for extra geek style. On my other, I have a Bath and Body Works hand sanitizer. I am sure there are even more applications for this.

All of this was stored in this fabulous product. Shown is a Vera Bradley Portable Power Bank, an iPad Pro (10.5 inch), an Apple Pencil, Animal Crossing Amiibo Cards, a Game Informer magazine, a PS Vita, a PS Vita game holder, a lightning to USB cord…

Durability

Vera Bradley products tend to wear like iron. I personally have had many different products from them that have been used for years, and they still have full function with zero damage.

In addition, I have already washed one of my Iconic Tablet Tamer Organizers. If you are brave enough to try this, just put it by itself in the washer.

  • Use a little soap, and put the load size to the smallest possible.
  • Use “warm” or “cold” water. (Cold is generally safer.)
  • Use the “delicate” cycle on your machine.
  • Let it air dry or give it a spin in the dryer for less than four minutes

Following these steps, mine was germ free, and looked as good as new.
